Staff Members Cleanup the District’s Wetland Property in Hanover Township
Several staff members worked hard on Earth Day to cleanup trash that has accumulated at the District’s wetland property in Hanover Township. Carly Truman, Jennie Kramer, Tanya Dierolf, Keith George, Robert Hughes, and Mike Hewitt spent the afternoon removing the garbage as part of the Great PA Cleanup. They were joined by a volunteer named Chris from the neighborhood and received an offer from another neighbor to help with future cleanups.
The staff members thought that they would just be picking up some roadside litter, but as they made their way around the property they found dump areas that contained significant amounts of trash.
